Our aim as always, is to introduce new and variety to you exercise routines, and give you the skills and knowledge of safe activities and nutrition to keep your body fitter for longer, while meeting like minded healthy active people.
We are currently working on dates for a range of day courses of body balancing practices to relieve stress, maintain healthy joints, manage your weight and keep you supple throughout the year. You will be working with a physiotherapist and fitness instructor who have over 30 years of combined experience, we started offering fitness events together in 2014, with courses which a balance exercise and weight management techniques and healthy fun.

Wellness evaluation:
Conducted on day one with registered Physiotherapist Chrysty Roberts, you will be given a personalised health screening assessment to identify strengths and weaknesses, and make a personalised care plan to keep you working safely through out your course and returning home.
Sports and Exercise
Each course is build around specific sporting theme, but include the above extras to keep courses, fun, diverse, interesting, safe and productive toward an overall stronger, fitter future.
Yin, Hatha & Classic Ashtanga Yoga
This consists of breathing and gentle warm up exercises to stretch and wake up the muscles while warming up the joints, and preparing your system for the day. Suitable for beginners and intermediate.
Kundalini Flow
Breathing and movement techniques for increasing vitality and raising energy levels, focus and cellular oxygenation to tune up for activity mentally and physically.
Pilates
Physiotherapy led core stability training for better posture and control in everyday movements.
Aqua-aerobics
Fun medium paced activity for low impact cardiovascular fitness. Working in the water reduces stress on joints, and provides resistance to strengthen the muscles, and keeps body temperature cool during hotter parts of the day.
Massage therapies:
Each course booking includes 2x 30min massages, allowing you to choose two body areas or roll them together for a single 60min full body massage. Extra sessions are available on request but are charged separately.
All of the classes and the advice you receive are designed to incorporate into your own home exercise programme, and we are happy to build you a retreat for your group around your sport! Please get in touch by email, and keep a look out for new courses on or socials!
